Problems with videos

Hi,
I just tried to buy the fairy tail Erza parody from the bonus section but i have got some problems. (I actually bought it multiple times because i thought i had made a mistake.)

My problem is that the video does not show up on either of the two setups i tried.
1. Mac OsX with firefox that is able to play the page test file from the bonus site entrance:
here i get the notice: The operation couldn't be completed. The file is not a movie file. (-2048)


2. Win Xp Firefox also able to play the test file:
on this setup the spot were the movie is supposed to be just stays white

another problem is that i don't know how i could return to the movie pages to rewatch the stream.

I hope this is the right place to post this.
What should i do now? Help would greatly be appreciated.

You have to install the mediaplayer plugin, by seeing the screenshots I can tell you don't have it. Without this plugin, it will not work at all. To help you, you have to send me your codes via PM on the forum ^^"

Bonsoir, j'ai un problème du même type avec la même vidéo sauf que moi c'est carrément un écran noir, pourtant j'ai bien suivi les indications avec le windows media player sous firefox et le cccp codec :/



J'imagine qu'il faut aussi que je t'envoie les codes allopass en mp donc je le fais de suite ^^
