Every anime has at least some good characters, Soul eater has more than a few and would make for some good videos, though I don't know how many people have actually seen the anime.

Blair is indeed a must for a desto vid and just by going on what I have heard people say about the anime she would most likley be the first choice on most people minds without a doubt.
