are we allowed to use the 50 members points as many times we want to?

I'm not sure I understand your question, and I am bad in English, so I'm not sure you understand me, but I try.

When you get a "rank" you can use all you want (15 pts member = you can buy the videos on the mainpage, like Naruto 6v2, Zexal, Fairy Tail 4 etc... 25 pts member = you can buy the commission's videos like Dinosaure King, Full Metal Alchemist, KissXsis etc ... 50 pts = private forum and all videos are free) you can't use your points, but accumulate points to get the rank.


For example you have only 7 pts member, you can do nothing

and I have 23 member pts, I can buy only the videos on the main page, but not the commission.

Can you use those points as much as you want and and keep the rank of 23 members points?
Also can they be used payment eventually?

You can't use points. The points are just for the "grade" if you don't have the required grade, you don't have the access for buying the videos "15 pts member" and "25 pts member". (And normally you never loose your pts, unless you break the rules, it's common sense)

And no it's impossible to buy a video with these points.
