Question about certain members only videos

Hey, when will some members only videos be available for other members or moved to the 10 member point section ? For Example Naruto XXX N°7 ?
That video was released almost 3 years ago, and there is no way that I can get to 50 points to become full fledged member since the payments options aren't available for my country
