Question about payments

Hello, since there is no possible way to pay with starpass from my country, I'd like to ask if there are going to be more payment options included in the near future. And why are payments with Paypal not accepted ? Paypal is literally the only option that I can pay with on this site and to do so I have to buy those 2 games, but even there I can't pay with paypal, all it says is that my IP address in not authorized/confirmed. Any clues what can I do to pay ?
